From The Door

Most people coming to Cwm Cole want to take advantage of the wonderful choice of walks available from the door. Offa's Dyke is the best known of the three long-distance footpaths nearby (it's just at the top of the hill) - and the best stretches of the Dyke are in fact between Cwm Cole and Knighton.

Glyndwr's Way runs from Knighton on the Welsh side of the border, as it makes its way towards Mid-Wales and The Shropshire Way passes through the nearby (and very picturesque) village of Clun.

There are of course a range of circular walks in the immediate area (the South Shropshire Hills is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty) - suggested routes are all mapped out with laminated route cards ready to go.

With its quiet country lanes and peaceful villages, the area is also great for cycling - again, we have lots of short and long-distance route suggestions.
